5. Terms of data storage
We store your data in our database for 13 months after you end your subscription with us. We save it for this period so we can provide for you to keep your preferences and favourites in case you want to restart your subscription.
Personal data needed to comply with legal or regulatory requirements (for tax- and bookkeeping purposes) are stored for 7 years.
When you order from us on this website, we will collect your name, telephone number and contact address. Your billing information, transaction and credit card information are submitted via a secure payments page to PAYPAL, who handle all payments made to www.theembodiedimage.com via this website. PAYPAL do not disclose your credit card details to us and we do not have access to this information. (Please note that if your card details are submitted to us by means other than the online ordering system, ie by phone or post, the above does not apply).
